WHY DO YOU USE SOY?
Soy is non toxic, burns at a lower temperature so you get longer lasting fragrance, with no black soot.
Is your Soy sourced from Australia?
Yes it is.
Does the glass crack when it gets hot?
All glassware is made for candles, so they are heat resistant. They will get hot, so be careful.
It looks like my candle has all turned into liquid. Will it go solid again?
Yes it will. When you have finished using your candle, replace the lid. This will extinguish the flame and your Flickering Soy Candle will solidify again ready to use later. Even though it has turned to liquid this does not affect the fragrance on your next burn.
If I buy a set of melts, will I need an electric burner?
No you will not need an electric burner but Flickering Electric Burners have been designed for soy melts so they will give you the longest scent throw as they heat at the perfect temperature. They also have a handy on off switch.
Do you use essential oils?
No Flickering uses fragrant oils, these are a mix of essential and carrier oils. They are made for soy to complement it’s make up. This allows no flame flare ups and a consistent scent throw throughout the burning.
How do I clean up a spill?
Lucky you bought a Flickering Soy Candle. They are water soluble so all spills can be cleaned up with soapy warm water.
